The location is great because you are overlooking this big square. The service and food were very nice. We had the salmon and turkey in black mole. Both were delicious. We had their house Mexican white wine, and we both enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Great food, service and environment. Had appetizers - croquettes and stuffed avocado. Both were delicious, but the stuffed avocado was exceptionally lite and tasty. Mezcal with hibiscus and another with pineapple with lemon made it a refreshing afternoon snack. Definitely recommend.

Extraordinary, care and flexible service. The best found yet in Oaxaca. Very nice view from the terrace.

Best food and service I had in the centro! Waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the view of el zocalo was perfect.

Ok, so the it's a bit touristy. Food is hit and miss - pick carefully and you will find some tasty selections. Soups and salads are all excellent. Don't expect haute cuisine. Do expect very friendly professional waitresses. Nothing beats a balcony table overlooking the Zocalo at around 8pm on any given night - especially magical on weekends. And yes it is a bit pricey (think of it as a premium for eating on the Zocalo and not being hassled by mariachis and vendors).

Spent 5 days in Oaxaca and had dinner here 3 times. Food and service are outstanding. I recommend the Sea Bass. Our friends had it twice!!

Wonderful restaurant overlooking the Zocalo Square. Service was exceptional, everyone was so kind and helpful. Pasta bolognese was a bold choice but to my surprise it was delicious. My husband loves the garlic shrimp. Bread & Butter never disappoints but this butter is mixed with cilantro & I’m not a cilantro fan but it was very good.

I was given a great table on the balcony overlooking the zocalo. Superb food served promptly and surprisingly cheap given the high quality. The best dish I had was the garlic soup, closely followed by the stuffed peppers. They give you delicious crusty bread rolls but don’t, like me, eat too many because they’ll spoil your appetite for the delights to come!
